Apartment Guide Announces Availability of Average Rent and Site Search Result Reports for Advertising Clients

Rental rate data and search results to provide insight into national or local markets

LAS VEGAS (June 25, 2009) - Apartment Guide, a leading resource for apartment searches nationwide, today announced that detailed reports on rental rates and search results conducted on ApartmentGuide.com is now available for free to advertising clients. Clients can gain access to the reports by contacting their Apartment Guide sales representatives.

ApartmentGuide.com Searches (What) - This report shows what consumers are searching for throughout ApartmentGuide.com, including what percentage of people are refining their search and of those who do, what they refining it by - price, amenities, distance. This report can be viewed on a national, state or city level.
ApartmentGuide.com (Average Rents) - This report shows average rental rates and average rates by square foot. It is broken down by floorplan, average square foot and percentage of listings that offer coupons. This report can be viewed on a national, state, city or zip code level.

Additional reports that will show three-year year trends of occupancy, walk-in traffic and lease numbers will be available to clients soon.
